A site that turns visitors into action — not a black-box project
We pin goals and budget boundaries in writing first — so “was this in scope?” never becomes a debate. You watch a live web preview as the site updates, and you speak directly with the people building it. Most builds land in ~10–18 business days with pricing agreed before we start building.

01 / 06
Needs & direction
Short discovery on call or video: what you sell, to whom, and what a visitor should do on the site. We say plainly what to ship now versus later — so budget lands in the right place and you do not pay for “everything at once” by accident.
“I do not green-light build work until we both know who the site is for and what “good” means in your business.”
02 / 06
Look & feel — approved before code
We lay out the design in Figma (or a similar design tool): you see page structure, text blocks, and visual style like a deck — but as a live link you can comment on. Changes stay in this stage while it is cheap; once you sign off how it looks, we start building the real site — so nobody is surprised that “it looked different in my head”.
“What we agree on in Figma is the promise we build — no bait-and-switch at launch.”
03 / 06
Build — you see a preview
We assemble the actual site at a preview URL (staging) that updates as we go. You see progress instead of a single mystery reveal. If something was unclear, we ask before we build the wrong thing.
“Questions before pixels ship wrong save everyone time, nerves, and money.”
04 / 06
Analytics & Google visibility
We connect Google Analytics and needed tags to your own Google accounts, so you can see traffic and behaviour without asking us for a private dashboard. Baseline SEO readiness (titles, visibility basics, speed) ships with launch — not a hidden “phase two” invoice.
“When the numbers live in your Google account, the decisions stay at your desk.”
05 / 06
Go-live & handover
We sanity-check phones and desktops, test forms, then publish for everyone to see. Short walkthrough: how to edit copy in your content panel and what to watch in the first weeks. You get a concise list of what shipped, where it lives, and who has access.
“Launch is when you start learning what people actually do — everything before that is rehearsal.”

Afterwards
Monthly care if you want us on speed dial for changes — or a clean handover to your team with documentation. Ownership and access are written down so finance and IT know what you bought.
“A proper handover means you can explain the site to your own people — not just to us.”
Ownership
Your name on the deed — not ours
No hostage playbooks: repo, access, and runbooks move at the agreed handover. If the launch appears in our portfolio, we agree it explicitly — we never assume.
Source code
Repository, build notes, and changelog — not a single person’s memory.
Sanity CMS
Copy, media, and structure editable in-browser with the playbook we leave behind.
Google Analytics
Data on your GA4 property; roles match the contract — no shady “we see everything” setup.
Search Console
Queries, indexing, and errors straight from your own console — we are not a permanent gatekeeper.
Design assets
Figma files and exports archived to you before launch per agreement.
Documentation
Short “how this runs day to day” plus the big technical calls and why we made them.
Care only if you want it
Stay with us — or leave without penalties
Monthly tiers cover hosting and small fixes if you do not want them on your calendar. Self-hosting? Handover stays clean — no exit fees.
Steady foundation
When you need the site online, secure, and current — without anyone on your team firefighting.
- Hosting, TLS, and domain housekeeping in one place
- Backups plus baseline monitoring
- Email support on weekdays
- Monthly recap: what we changed & what we recommend next
Active builder
When every month should show motion: new blocks, SEO tune-ups, or small product changes.
- Everything included in Steady foundation
- Monthly build envelope agreed up front
- Prioritised backlog for content, SEO, and UX increments
- Faster chat support when stipulated in the contract
Care is optional and production access is still yours. When we operate care, we report what shipped, what we parked, and why.
A stack you can defend to the next agency
Speed, resilience, handover-friendly
Components are chosen so another team can pick up the repo: TypeScript + Next.js for performance, Sanity for content, Resend for mail, GA4/GTM under your tenants. Production runs on NOVO MEDIA infrastructure — TLS, backups, and clarity about where your data physically lives.

A typical project from the first meeting to launch takes 10–18 business days. Speed depends on project scope and the availability of required materials.
We go through your goals, wishes, and business. The sales meeting doesn't bind you to anything — the goal is to understand how we can best help your business grow.
We need a logo, images, and texts. If you don't have these, we can help with content production, branding, and stock images.
