The calculator above on this page gives you an estimate for your own site, and every price tier is shown in it. The price is agreed as a fixed sum at the discovery call. A booking system or any other tool built for you is priced separately, and that price is fixed before we start too.
WordPress is plenty when the site’s job is to present your business and update content. It is also cheaper, and we build it. This is worth it when the site needs something the ready-made pieces do not do: bookings on your own terms, prices on your own logic, or a login. Tell us your situation at the discovery call and we will recommend the one that fits you, even if it is the cheaper one.

You do. The code, the credentials and the design files go into your name at launch. In practice that means any capable developer can pick up where we left off, and you never need to ask us for permission.
